CURRENT STATUS OF THE PROJECT - RAJ AANGAN
The Raj Aangan Township of 141 acre has been covered by a boundary wall for safety reasons. Out of the two entry gates of the Township the North facing gate is in operation and construction of the south-facing gate is in progress.
The external 100-200ft. wide roads surrounding the township are completely ready and all internal roads have been laid down, majority of them have been black top.
The infrastructure work of sewage, water supply and electrification etc. are in operation and nearing completion.
The work of 28-acre central landscape garden and other parks is running in full swing.
The central garden is self-contained with the facility of Amphitheatre (Kala Prangan), the Clock Towers (Ghantaghar), Think Tank (Swadhya Udayan), Rose Garden (Gulab Bagh), Sunrise Garden (Surya Uday Udyan), the Lotus Petal Garden (Pankaj Dweep), Entrance Garden (Pravesh Prangan) etc.
Township is having a residential structures of 303 bungalows out of which construction of 253 bungalows is in full swing and many of them are completed also. The process of giving possession of ready built bungalows is on. The remaining 44 bungalows are under planning stage and construction shall commence soon.
Recently on 30th October the Hon'ble Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhara Raje inaugurated the township by handing over the possession letters to a few buyers and laid down the foundation stone of the Club House of Raj Aangan. Now the new name of the clubhouse is 'Club-21'.It was a big achievement since the Hon 'be Chief Minister was visiting the Raj Aangan township for the first time.
